how to subscribe

It's easy! Choose your preferred Kitchen Chef that delivers to your area by pressing the "Start Here" button. 

 

You will land at the Subscription details page. Here you can select the specific subscription with the amount of meals you want to get each week. There are options for Weekly Subscriptions for 5, 8, 15 and 20 meals. If you wish to subscribe to a plan with more meals, please contact us. When you select your desired amount of meals, you will go straight to the Meals selection page. Go ahead and select your favorite meals! 

 

Once you select your meals, you can go straight to Checkout. 

 

That's it! You are subscribed to our flavorful meals!

You will instantly get an email with all your Subscription details. If you want to make any changes to your selections, your email has a link to "Manage my Subscription". You can easily edit your weekly selections. 

 

The current menu will run until the Cut-Off date for the specific Chef's Kitchen you subscribed to. Once the Cut-Off day/hour lapses, we will post the next week's menu.

 

When we do this, you will get a couple of emails notifying the meals that have been added/removed as options for your current subscription (meals are added for more variety and can be replaced with new options for the following week's delivery).  

 

When we add the new options, you will receive a couple of emails informing you those are up! 

 

We know you might be busy! If you want to skip this process, we will select similar meals to your previous order choices. However, it's fast and easy to just log in for a second and choose your new selections.

 

Previous to each week's Cut-Off Day/Hour, we will send you timely reminders to select your meals. According to your preferences when subscribing, these may be by Email, Text SMS or both.

Our Weekly release of the following weeks menu depends on the Cut-Off day for the specific Chef Kitchen you are subscribed to.  The Cut-Off hour will always be 8:00PM on the specific day that the Chef Kitchen has selected as their Cut-Off Day. We will release the new menu the following day before Noon. From there you will have 6 days to enter and swap your selections for the next week. 

 

We will send you a couple of timely reminders during the week to achieve this outcome. Always remember though, that if you want to skip this process, we will select similar meals to your previous order choices. We won't leave you without your week's meals!

To provide variety and new options, we do weekly changes to the menus. When we make those weekly changes you will receive a couple of emails notifying the Meals that have been removed/added from the menus.  

 

At this time you can go into your "Manage my Subscription" section to make your specific selections for next week's delivery. This is done by making a "Swap" from your previously ordered meal. 

 

Steps to complete this process:

 

1. In your Email, Press the "Manage my Subscription" button.

 

2. Once in your Portal, Press the Yellow "See More Details" button.

 

3. You will see the Current Meals in your Subscription. Press "Swap Product" next to each product you want to substitute to enter your new Selection.

 

4.  Press the Yellow "See More" button. 

 

5. Press "Confirm Swap" on the button below the Dish you wish to select. Once again hit "Confirm Swap" in the Pop-Up Window. 

 

6. A message will confirm your Successful Swap! Hit "Close" and you can proceed to make other Swaps.

 

*Please be mindful that your Subscription must include the same amount of Meals as in your current Subscription (5, 8 , 15 or 20). Under certain use cases, you will need to REMOVE the current selections to be swapped and then ADD your new selections.

 

We can also do this for you if you prefer. Just shoot us an email (from the same email address you are subscribed with) with the Meals you wish to keep/remove. You will receive a confirmation email with the changes once they are done. Please be mindful that different meals have different pricing, so your total will adjust accordingly to your new selections.

pausing your subscription

We know life gets busy and there are times when work, family and travel may require you to put your account on hold. You can easily place your deliveries on hold temporarily directly through our website. 

 

To Pause your Account just visit the "Manage Subscription" link in our Homepage, Log In and click the "Pause Subscription" button you will find there. You will get a prompt to confirm your pause. Just click "Confirm" and your pause will be started.

 

It is important to note however that the Pause has to be entered at least the day before the Cut-Off date of the selected Chef Kitchen. If not, your account for the next week's meals will be charged, since this is an automated process.

 

To Reactivate your Account just visit the "Manage Subscription" link in our Homepage, Log In and click the "Resume Subscription" button. You will get a prompt to confirm your Re-Activation. Just click "Confirm" and your Account will be active immediately.

cancelling your subscription :-(

We'd be sad to see you go. If there's anything we can do to resolve any situation please let us know. But if you must, just visit the "Manage Subscription" link in our Homepage, Log In and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. You will get a prompt to confirm your cancellation. Just click "Confirm" and your subscription will be cancelled.

 

It is important to note however that any Cancellation has to be entered at least the day before the Cut-Off date of the selected Chef Kitchen. If not, your account for the next week's meals will be charged, since this is an automated process.
