To provide variety and new options, we do weekly changes to the menus. When we make those weekly changes you will receive a couple of emails notifying the Meals that have been removed/added from the menus.
At this time you can go into your "Manage my Subscription" section to make your specific selections for next week's delivery. This is done by making a "Swap" from your previously ordered meal.
Steps to complete this process:
1. In your Email, Press the "Manage my Subscription" button.
2. Once in your Portal, Press the Yellow "See More Details" button.
3. You will see the Current Meals in your Subscription. Press "Swap Product" next to each product you want to substitute to enter your new Selection.
4. Press the Yellow "See More" button.
5. Press "Confirm Swap" on the button below the Dish you wish to select. Once again hit "Confirm Swap" in the Pop-Up Window.
6. A message will confirm your Successful Swap! Hit "Close" and you can proceed to make other Swaps.
*Please be mindful that your Subscription must include the same amount of Meals as in your current Subscription (5, 8 , 15 or 20). Under certain use cases, you will need to REMOVE the current selections to be swapped and then ADD your new selections.
We can also do this for you if you prefer. Just shoot us an email (from the same email address you are subscribed with) with the Meals you wish to keep/remove. You will receive a confirmation email with the changes once they are done. Please be mindful that different meals have different pricing, so your total will adjust accordingly to your new selections.
